Jeep BCM auto configuration

Good day gents!! I need you advice please! I have 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees 3.0 wh. The one is a none starter and the other my personal vehicle. To eliminate the cause of the problem on the none runner, i used the none runners ecu, skim and bcm to see if it will start on mine. The part numbers are exactly the same on both bcm en skims, only difference between the 2 vehicles is that my personal vehicle is the baseline and the none runner have some extras, pdc, heated seats ens. As a last resort one i never do, but somehow i got so overwhelmed getting the problem i made a stupid mistake by putting all my controllers in the none runner, it started , but cut out.... so somewhere coding is possibly needed. But my problem came after refitted everything to my personal Jeep, i did a diagnostic scan, i now have dtc’s relating to airbag configuration error, vin mismatch in the bcm, the central locking dose not work. The door modules is not found. But the Jeeps starts and chances gears as normal... will i be able to recode my bcm back to normal or will my configuration return if i reprogram the vin in the bcm? Why would something like this happen? The none runner Jeep have no issues in any of the controllers relating to mismatch or configuration issues...But mine was re configured?
