Default HP XW8600 workstation problem high rpm Fan memory

My hp Xw8600 workstation originally had one xeon 5460 processor installed. I installed another one of the same, So now there are two procks on high heat sinks. Everything is ok, but there is one problem. The memory fan spins at very high speed and makes old noise. What should I do ? specification> ram 24GB windows 10 profesional 2x xeon 5460 nivida power ACC 760w

    Hi,
    Just spotted your post....
Have you checked your BIOS settings? What if you remove the additional XEON Proc, do the fans change behaviour?
