Hyundai toucson bus line problem

Hi I have problem witch hyundai toucson 2016 year TGDI engine. No communication with any module, propably it's k-line. Engine starts ok and drive ok. On dasch many lamp controls (ecu, abs, tpms,....), no temp outside, rpm gauge not work. everythink look like no communication. I try disconect engine ECU, ABS, dash, Airbag, radio/navi and conectors one by one in fuse box inside car. nothing help. On k-line bus i can see data but voltage is from about 11 to 12 V (on osciloskope). bus line is dirlecty from OBD port to Engine ecu so there is no gateway.

Have someone wiring diagram or somthing.

mayby another module make problem but witch one?

Problem solved. Vacum pump witch electronic module inside make 12v pull up on bus line.
