    Default READ/WRITE of BMW 320i 2012 F30 ECU

    Hey Guys,

    need some good advices to read/write a ECU of BMW 320i 2012 F30. I know its not possible with kess v2 clone. I know its possible with Ktag, but is it safe enough ? Or do you have an other Interface recommends?

    Does somebody else got some other experiences on this ECU? I would do it via OBD. So is TG Flash and ENET cable a good solution ?

    ENET cable not need
    TG flash, kess, ktag, cmd, autotuner no problem
    WinOLS 5, FGtech, Piasini, Powergate M, Byteshooter, OptiCan Dual II, EVC BDM, VCDS, BeeProg+,Ktag, Kess V3, Autotuner, Bflash

    Its possible with genuine Kess or did you try it with kess clone ?

    Clone kess usually doesn't work with cars over 2009.

    For F30 You need quality charger (>50A) to start work via OBD.
    Clone tool is NOT recommended for newer ECU for many reasons...is gambling.

    I got the information that KTM Bench like this ECU. It would be not via OBD but it is also not needed to open the ECU .

    Interface and SW as Clone costs approx 180 Euro.
