bmw m5 f10 problem

hello how are you

please i need help from experts in this kind of problems

i got a bmw f10 m5 with DKG transmission the car had 1 burned ecu i did not know the reason so the owner got a couple of ecus and 1 cas4 and a key

1st i had to synchro with the transmision and job done swapping isn from old ecu left

now my problem is 2 things

1- the kit that client got is a us m5 version with 315 mhz key and the car was 868mhz so remote is not working my question how would i solve this problem? is it possible swith frquency in cas dump or need coding ? what other solutions is possible please hellp!!!

2- the new kit had diffrent mileage approx 73898 the car had almost 43000 now i am having in dash a fault about vin number and in other modules error getting mileage from cluster , sometimes ignition on it appear with 999999 other times normal but with the famous DOT in middle , i tried inserting same milege in dash as cas but now 00000 so no more ideas i have please help!!!

you need to change the VIN, either in cas to the cars VIN or the Dash to the VIN from cas.

And about the "315 mhz key and the car was 868mhz..."
There is no chance to switch frequency... it is about the hardware inside!
Sorry...
Better was to clone just this 1 burned ECU!

For frequency problem you only replace key antenna with 315 mhz just it . Remote key will works. For red dot you can change vin number from cas4 orginal vin and change km from cas4 with original km and code to car all problem wil be solved

thanks alot for the ideas , i will test now and report ill change vin in cas to original vin and original mileage then code to car

about the 315 i will change antena , anyone know location ? ..

i did not clone because old cas someone messed up was unable to make it back to life again

ok a have news

first i changed vin in CAS to original vin and the famous DOT on dash desappeared and coded again
so i programmed a 868 mhz key and now central are working normally

BUt after coding in first step now i am having a huge problem i think
a fault in DME about power class

1F2108: dme- incorrect data record: power monitoring

i autel maxysis it says need dme reprogramming and coding so i did that also but fault stays and on screen says to drive moderatly

is this have a solution ? maybe also i have to change vin inside dme is that possible ? thanks again
