Honda 2007y OEM Navi problem

Hi, Folks,
From about 4 days I'm trying to repair this navigation.
Firs problem is that nothing wokr
When I give ignition on display is showing:
"Please wait. Now downloading software"



and after 15 sec give next message:
"Please check your disk"



There was not any disk inside in navi.
There was mechanical problem and navi does not want to insert dvd disk. I open it and found that mechanics is on OK.
I repaire it, so now when mechanic is out of unit and give direct pover to mechanic motor, so now it is ejecting and inserting disk.

Then I assemble again all unit and put in car.
I insert DVD that I was downloaded specially for this unit and nothing happend.
Still on screen are same messages.
When I press" OPEN" panel is fliping donw - this is OK, but when I pres "CLOSE" there are 3 beeps from speakers and panel in not fliping UP - this is not OK.
Also when I'm trying to eject DVD MAP Disk nothing happend.
On last picture there is holl that some kind of swhich is missing (i think). I think navi must recognise when dvd door is open or closed.




RED label in picture is:
"Is there is a buuton or not?"


I tryed "hard reset" by pressing and holding 3 button combination : MAP Guide, MENU and CANCEL, but nothing happend.

Please give some information, help and anything that can be helpfull.
