Lancer 2005 24c01 corrupt

Hello guys!
Have a customer 2005 Lancer. Very rare car in mu country, never worked on them before. After Some manipulations with X431 his 24c01 corrupted (all FF) and ofc no backup. I have searched around kaos and came up to conclusion that there is some synchro between ECU and Immo box. I found 24c01 dump from same number Immo box, flashed it, made a key with same ID, but ofc no start. What do I do now? Need a working pair? Or maybe someone has an Immo off solution?

So!
I have resarched the topic a little bit.
First of all, i attach the pinout of immo box MR587993, because to read 24C01 in it you need to desolder it from pins, which is not that great if you need a lot of testing.

Second, i think i found the individual synchro bytes. Image atached, i took the 24c01 dump from same number immo box and added my key IDs (XORed to FF) to dump (highlighted with green on picture). After that i read E6T41779H ECU (256kb mcu dump) and find (as i think) 2 synchro bytes there at the very end of the dump (highlighted with red on picture). I XOR the ECU synchro bytes to FF and get the immo format synchro bytes, input it to immo box (shown on picture), but car still doesnt start.

Have been told by experienced member MartiLer that there is not only individual synchro bytes, but also the group synchro bytes and checksum needs to be corrected in immo box in order to start the car. If someone has any info - please share.

Connection diagram is missing from ktag.
Readed with KTAG using protocol Mitsubishi E6T348XX (PROTOCOL 260)
Connection found on web after googling a lot and tested succesfully.
K-line yellow wire, Boot purple.

Solved with the help of MartiLer! Car started!

Hello. Can you help me to solve same problem ? I tried add third key and Launch X431 cleared immo box. Now damp consists only FF. I take another damp and put it ID's key and synhro with ECU. But car is not started.
Help me to calculate checksum.
