vw continental (RNS510) white screen

hi
i have one radio navigation from a seat altea
i think looking for internet, it's RNS510
VW 1T0 035 680C
HW: H11
SW: 2760
It have white screen with one disk inside cd player
the cd doesn't respond.
i have taken the disk from the cd but nothing have changed
after a moment since a pressed the power button the device power off and after a moment power on, this is continuous
it's from a friend and that happened updating the device
i have four cds from my friend:
soft 4020
soft 4020 or 70/20
soft fix repair and
europe west map 2020 v17L
i have read it's posible i have a problem with eprom and it's necessary to reprogram it but i'm not sure if that is the solution nor do i have the soft for the eprom.
can anybody helps me with this.

Hello,

Its' possible it's the mother board of the screen is dead.

In the past i have the same problem witha RNS 510 and i have changed the screen with the mother board and it work
