Ford Kuga mk1 bcm

Hi all, i have big problem, Ford Kuga mk1 2008 came to me for bcm/bsi swap, original had problem with direction indicators and keyless start. I have swaped eeproms and now i dont have ignition... its 95040eeprom. I have original dump but now i dont have ignition with old one too.Can i somehow make this bcm virgin, or somehow get ignition on to try to flash bcm with Vcm?

Did you solve the problem? Was bcm the same hw version as original bcm?
