vauxhall adam touchscreen radio
Got a 13 reg vauxhall adam, when I turn on ignition, radio just shows vauxhall logo and nothing else. If I use power on button just says the same doesn't turn on or off. Screen will only go off with ignition. I try replacement touchscreen radio in car but still does the same. Anyone had this problem before and can help with problem. Radio is a dab Bluetooth media player also fitted in corsa e.

Looking at diagram it shows a main live and a earth. Would anything on the diagram stop it from working. As on bench radio lights up and stops at vauxhsll screen. Have 2 radios doing the same Originally Posted by alpntrb

there is a can connection on pin 43 that allows it to wake up...did u tried to fit it in car and see if there is any difference?

Yes tried the 2 radios in car.both do the same. One of them is original radio for the car

did u tried to do diagnostic of radio while in car? is it connecting to it? maybe its locked and need time to get back to work. see if there is an countdown in live data. those radios are coded to a car but AFAIK it should start and switch off after 10min if its not from the car its coded to. think problem is in car not in radio.
