Vw passat 2012 keyless remote synchro

Hi to all,
I programmed a new keyless for passat b7 2012 using fvdi 2020 but no way to synchronize the remote. I can start the car but the remote is not working. Is there any solution to fix this or I must have a special tool to do the job.

The remote has the correct frequency?? remote sync is automatic after add the new key to car, well.... for me anyway
