VAS6154 communiaction

Hello,
have problem with Vas6154 i installed Offboard 5.2.6 setup version and 98.0.140 version connected interface via USB turn on interface led red and blinkink blue led.
Opened ODIS ,but nothink no communication with car no ignition , i cheked extra field and no device :/
how i can solve this problem?
P.S: trayed and 5.1.6 old version nothink same. With 3 computers same no communication .
