CPT from DIAGCAR.EU download issues

hi everyone, i have the CPT from the DIAGCAR.EU and it is trying to update the software but too many issues due to VIRUS. i finally managed to download it and now i am having issues with the programmer, it wont pass the certification verifications. i have posted on their forum and emailed them but no response and this is the second day. any ideas how to repair this? i have tried the CPT RESET but no luck. thank you in advance

yes they are bit slow responding with typical one line answer but they reply soon,
try to connect CPT team on skype

If you are using windows 10, then you need to bypass the device signature verification. Search one of my old post for solution.

This is because CPT is too cheap to get their device certified by microsoft

i have sent several messages an skype request, nothing from them. i can not believe how this people are doing business. even forum is dead. stuck here

use firefox to download files from CPT

the same. other browsers the same. i can download now but it wont accept my unit.

Did you try to run it on windows 7 with out or with antivirus disabled?

Done it before and nothing so I had tried the 9th laptop, old one, and it worked but now they don’t have the clear files, missing. I have to email them and get them manually clear it and send it back to me. At least that’s what it says in the program
