    Default Immo OFF - Ford MED17.2.2 TC1797

    Hello,

I am trying to make Immo OFF on this project car with engine Ford 2.3 Ecoboost.
Engine ECU is MED17.2.2 with TC1797
Attached I send Flash + eeprom.

    I already tried the usual 0F F4 80 20 8B 02 20 22 without success.

I have car here and can try how many times needed.

    Many thanks for your help.

brend, thanks for your help. Already tried that solution.
    On my Flash file I can find 3 times: "0F F4 80 20 8B 02 20 22"
    I already tried replacing on all of them from "8B 02 20 22" to "00 00 82 12"
Tried 3 together, 2 together and 1 each time.
    Always same result, don´t start.

    Any other idea ?

    Thanks for your help

Yes, I am writing Flash files with PCM Flash and I see that it automatically correct Check Sum.

Yes, it is 100% Immo problem. This is a race car with this engine installed and we are trying to make Immo OFF to avoid having cluster or other ECU´s.
I am sure only problem is Immo now because customer has other ECU by Ford motorsport and if we plug this ECU engine starts.
However this is a special ECU and we are not allowed to open it and read content. Already tried to convince customer to open and read this "special" ECU but we can´t.
So, we must try to make Immo OFF on original ECU.

If anyone has ideas please let me know. I will try !
    Thanks for your help

There is a solution for this system, no need to modify the contents of the ECU. It consists in installing a special custom edition the immoemulator.
Production and development professional IMMOBILIZER/TCU/ESL/ELV/SRS emulators for all brand cars
PORSCHE / FERRARI / MASERATI - immobilizer solutions
