Volvo V50 CEM+ECU SYNC

Hi,

I need help for Volvo V50 2007 year.
I need to sync ECU+CEM.

I don't want for free, but I can't find solution. I find software in Google (which made by codecard) but that software ceased, I can't download it.
If you know software or online sync or you can help me, please help me.

I read CEM EEP from MC9S12XDT256 1L15Y.
I read ECU EEP (SID803A) with smok.

I attached CEM_EEP, ECU_EEP and ABS Hardware Serial Number.
