Dashboard Opel Zafira - 80D0WQ - M35080 km change

Hello,

I need to change km of a Zafira, he jumped suddenly to 954757 km ... Original something about 95350 km. (I made the file ".txt" to upload...)
No problem to read the Chip with a "Hi-Lo system All-100" programmer. But of course troubles to program the first line. Maybe it works with a new ic? Or should I use another programmer?
I read some posts here regarding that problem.
Some advice somebody?

Are there still new ic 's available somewhere?

Use new eeprom if you can not erase the old one.

So I need a new programmer... I'm dissapointed in the All-100, maybe a bit older now but it wasn't cheap ! Xprog will cost me again...
Can I use something like this instead?

New chips @ali express or ebay, that isn't the problem...

The eproms from ebay or ali could can be a problem i bougth 10x eep two times was garbage from 5
