    Default help passat b6 ccm

    right i have a passat b6 2.0 tdi i was driving down the road then all dish lights started flagging up telling me boot was open ect. checked all connections to ccm all looks ok. thats the box thats constantly clicking. im just wordering if i get a new ccm from breakers yard do i just need to flash my chip data onto the new chip or is it more complicated then that.
    P.S car now doesnt start blocked my immo. any help would be appricaited thanks

    hi cristi i have a copy of the origional eeprom 9530. so basically i load that data onto one from breakers yard and should be fine. mabey have to ajust things in vcds. just as long as the doors lock/unlock and engine runs thats all im bothered about

    Either you need a tool llike IM608 to do the job for you. Still needs to read dumps, on bench.

    Or read old eeprom and new eeprom.
    And load both dumps to DK.
    And someone will come up with a solution. Give you a working eeprom dump.
    Not enough just to rewrite the old dump to new box.
    As far as I know.

    i have a ch321a chip reader that works for these chips. i didnt think it would be as simple as that tho .

    Hi just to say I got a new ccm from scrapyard same numbers ecu. Wiped the 95320 eeprom and loaded my eeprom onto it. Fired up first time all I had to do was learn key fob again. Thanks to all who have helped. Much appreciated ������
