Hi,
I am trying to read eeprom via OBD or without opening the ECU Simos 3PC (eeprom 93C76) and I would like to know if there is any tool that can do this.
I already did some research and I found a tool that does this but it is very expensive right now for me because it is necessary to buy the license separately. I'm talking about I/O Terminal.
I have never tried ODIS or AVDI and I would like to know if it is possible to do this.
I tried VAG eeprom programmer tool but can only read the dash.

disassemble the ecu, you can't find the tool but very expensive for obd reading. some things still need to be dismantled.
