It's soul browser,has many features than similar apps i tested,second best is surfy browser --

1.All controls at bottom(tab bar also)
2.multi tabbed navigation
3.Customize the position of buttons of the bottom bar
4.shows a top button when scrolled down in pages
5.show address bar at the bottom
6.bottom bar fixed

Brave is pretty good too. I am sure how it compares to Soul or Surfy but good with good attention to privacy
