I have a RNS 510 HW10 SW 5238 and I only had files 3970, unfortunately to no avail (no communication setconfig, martech) only after uploading your file S29AL016 SW 5238 the navi came to life to some extent, now there is half communication (no service mode, and normal but it loads 1 stage) displays such information in the monitor (setconfig) :
