1999 Dodge Caravan Remote - which tool?

I really tired of old Chryslers which ALL of my tools unable to make remote for.
Today's example - 1999 Caravan. CK-100, SKP-900, Obdstar X-100 Prog, Autek iKey820, AutoProPad, Lonsdor, Autel - NONE of them can program remote for this POS.
Does anyone know tool which GUARANTEED programs remote on old Chryslers? CK-100 has some of them in the menu, but Caravan - only 2001 and up. Same with most other tools.

I really don't want to buy original DRBIII just to program remote on the old car once in blue moon.
Can anyone confirm - these Micropod 2 or VCI Pod interfaces with DRBIII emulator - do they work well and will be able to program remotes?

Short answer: I "think" it will. The drb3 emulator does about 90% that the original does. A few things I know it wont due is program older cummins controllers (like pre-2000) , it also doesn't work on the older Sebring models that are equipped with the double dongle obd ports (Mitsubishi) .
