what type of chip is this?

hello friends i have a question i have a volvo s40 from 2005 the car has only 1 remote and key, last day i bought from the scrap a new remote.
now i want to copy the data from the original remote to the new remote maybe it will not work or maybe it cannot work i don't know at least i can try.
i have opend the remote and i see a micro chip 8 pin, but i don't know which serie chip this is. somebody can tell me which serie chip this is and can i read as....?

Don't think you can copy that chip...it's not that simple, it's not like a cloneable id46, 4c or 4d etc...new key I'm afraid.
