Mercedes 3.0d engine problem

Hello , friend of mine have a problem with Mercedes 3.2 CDI engine. On idle is working perfect , when you push the accelerator pedal above 1400rpms the engine non stop cuts off from fuel pressure regulator.

all 6 injectors are tested on injector stand machine are ok
fuel pressure regulator replaced 2 times
fuel pressure sensor replaced
high pressure pump replaced
2 different ECUs tested with original software dump
No dtc codes are stored
fuel lifting pump tested

When you turn 1/4 back the fuel pressure regulator from its tread the engine can run in all rpms but only standing /not in motion/.
Somebody have a idea what to check?
