Need a Chinese speaker to solve problem

Tried to upload drivers on laptop for a Chinese tool now getting pop ups

Tried to uninstall the program that has now appeared on computer all in Chinese language so can’t do it

Have a cartoon panda on a moped driving across the screen and pop ups every 5 mins

Anyone can help it’s doing my head in

Will pay for Teamviewer session to remove

You can try to install some antivirus software or format the hard disk and install new windows

if you have android phone you can use the translate function with camera and it will translate real time the text of the pictures in any language

Yes you are right.
Done this many times.

Very good to use on Chinese only language sites.

Just place your phone over the text.
And you will now, what their saying.

But maybe some poor translation.
