VVDI2 CAS3 ++ done via obd today on bmw e60 2008 year

Hey guys i just did key on cas3++ encrypted version on bmw e60 2008 year via obd cable . I gave power to the car with cables from another running car , turned on lights on car and carried out programming procedure to update flash on cas3++. After successfully programming module i added key with programming . Key works and remote works as well

hhah . I didnt expect this car to have cas3 ++. I will get cas plug for bench setup for this type of situations

you mean cas part number ? i did the programming not on the bench i did it in the car. But i can check if che car comes again

Can you check in epc which part number have the cas from vin and which number can be compatible for it

last 7 of the vin is CT64751 it gives me that part number

Yes you can with VVDI2 you need a very good car battery power and you need to jump leads connected on car, I have done on BMW cas3+ and other BMW remember if battery drop power at the time of programming you are done.

i did with the jump leads from another car that was running on 14v when car is on. For future cas3++ i will do on bench with cas plug i have 14v 5a power supply
