    And the computer detects it?
Try to update it via WOW.
    Wow does it better.

You should be able to reflash again. If VCI is red then there is a good chance it will carry on where it left off when you start to flash again. They are pretty hard to kill unless it is a hardware fault.

Your copy of delphi may also be setup for another VCI like 100251. You can edit installation.xml with your VCI serial and you will need Hardware ID to match that serial, then reactivate.

Wow does not do it better actually. If you do through wow it sets device for both wow and delphi. Not a problem if you do not have wow, delphi will still update VCI

You can download other firmwares HERE , drivers HERE and HERE they need to be the same in both delphi and wow so copy firmware folder to wow/ac_diagnosis_module folder.

Update can only be done through USB and not bluetooth.

Try update again with different firmware.

You also need VCI plugged into a car or 12v power supply!

Inside delphi firmware folder there is a firm.info file, open it with notepad to check what version you had. If you want i can help you by teamviewer without uninstalling. Send me the details in PM if you want me to help by teamviewer

What is the serial for your VCI?

Did you look at installation.xml file to see if they were the same?
