Default Ford Fiesta 1.6 tdci mk6 2007 PCM Files

    Hello Everyone.

Please could some help, i was trying to put a remap file on my sons car Fiesta 1.6 mk6 and it stopped half way throw. Now i do not have access to the PCM throw the OBD. So i need the complete file system on it. the PCM is a Bosch 6S61-12A650 VC 5DCS 0 281 011 612 1039S18023.

The car will not turn over. my immobiler light is flashing for 1 minuit and gives a code 16 which means no communication from pats to obd.

    Any help please.

Typical problem, if you scan DTC you will find P1259.

    You have 2 options here...

    1. You can read ECU with BDM TOOL (KTAG BDM100 FTECH ETC and post the files

    2. Or you can buy a replacement ECU (€170) and sync immo with diagnostic tool for example FORD IDS

What tool did you use to read and write?

I had a failed write on ford fusion 1.6 TDCI EDC16C34 and recovery option on kess clone 5.017 worked fine

Eight bytes walk into a bar. The bartender asks, “Can I get you anything?”
“Yes,” reply the bytes. “Make us a double.”

    Hi peechie

I do not have any communication with obd to ECU.

I read the oringal file with Kess v2 Clone. When i was putting the file back my Kess was not working it does this now and again but if you warm it up it workes perfect.
So instead of warming it up i used MPPS V13 and thats what caused my problem. I will not be using MPPS again.

I could try read with KTAG if someone could give me the pin diagram for the ECU.

    Thank you for replying.

i would load kess up and try to use recovery with the mpps read file.

KTAG need BDM frame and Bosch adaptor
