Post BMW E60 adding a new remote key

I have BMW 525 D E60, 2004, 177 hp. My father lost the first key and we're currently using the 2nd key. I bought a blank key from AliExpress and a local locksmith cut it - link here. We're able to lock/unlock the door manually, but nothing else, which is kinda expected, because I haven't programmed it.

I have Autel Maxicom MK808 which is able to add/remove remote keys. These are the steps I did but when I try to use the feature "Teach in an additional key", it says "An additional remote key functions immediately. No initialization is necessary.". What does that mean? I also tried to block key 1, which my father lost and replace it with the new one by following the procedures and using "Initialize a new remote key" at the end, but "The new remote key functions immediately. No initialization is necessary." appeared, so it's kinda the same.

Does someone know how to do it on that specific car?

Call a local locksmith mate .
The cheap way is not always the best way, specially on BMW's.

I just wanted to know how it works and what tool/steps are required. The local locksmith said that it's required to remove the CAS on all BMW models in order to do it, which probably means they open the ECU? Is there a tool no matter what that would perform that through the OBD2 port?

Everyone starts from somewhere. These forums are made, so people help each other. No one forces you to help if you don't want to. That's your choice. There are people who would, just like I'm helping everyone in my area (Software Development), even people who perceive difficult. People on this forum helped me a lot, which I'm very grateful for and all that experience I acquired, I redirected it to my father who is a car mechanic and he's trying to survive with a bad salary.

I think the problem is that he dont want to give money to someone to do the job. Prefer to kill the cas and than give more money to someone to do it right.
