eletronics schematics Help, don`t understand..

Hi guys.

I`m in need of someone who can look at this electronic schematic and can tell me why some resistors have been cut out and maybe can tell me what "functions" or changes? they might be for, It is for my welding inverter.

Help would be greatly appreciated.


R3: ? maybe haen´t been there, look like it have been removed with soldering iron
R4: 22k ohm 5% cut but still there , 4 band color code : Red, Red, Yellow, Gold
R7: ?
R15: ?

Hi , with your schematic diagram
R3 100 ohm
R4 24kohm
R7 33kohm
R15 10kohm
looks like voltage divider
