EZP2019 programmer reading 95160 eeprom

Hi everyone, I have a EZP2019 flash eeprom programmer and am trying to read my ST 95160 eeprom chip, the chip is detected as an 93_series. I can also read it as an 25 series but off course with different data.

The software that it came with, has no option for selecting a 95 chip.

Any idea what settings I should choose?Or different software that will detect the EZP2019 programmer?

I will add the memry dump from the ST 95160, with the settings : 25_eeprom and name 25640.

Be careful with this programer, you have 4 dumps in one file, it would be better use TLL programmer or xprog, upa usb

Thanks for the info, dont have any of the programmers you mentioned, I wanna give it a try anyway, I need my car , if it doesnt work I can always order the programmers that you mentioned.

I want to match the pagesize to the 95160 , 32 pages, and 16kb, maybe then the programmer will only get one dump file?


Do you know if there is an IMMO off for this ECU?

Hi Pavel i tried the immo off and Keycard is still recognized, but it wont start.e the ESL
Problem started when I got the message "steeringlock locked" but it wasnt locked, so I got a emulator to replace the ESL, still with no effect, so thats why I thought abought a problem in the ECU.

Hi Pavel I modified a simple CH341A programmer and was able to write to the IMMO off file to the ST 95160 eeprom chip with succes, and the car started!! after 3 months

But it drives most of the time horrible , max rpm of 2500 , in Idle 1600 rpm, doesn't want to accelerate, max 80 km/h , it gives injection problems , but all the injectors are clean, but then sometimes when i start the car very seldom , it drives super good, only happened twice , but the next day same old S'.t, so maybe should I try the virgin dump ?

Whats the difference between an virgin dump or Immo off dump?

P.S.there is software that will support the 95 series eeprom chip, in combination with the CH341A.

Here are immo off and virgin files to your ECU, try.

You need to do diagnostic all ecu. The problem ESL can be in ESL module or BCM check conectors.
