What functions do you usually do?
its a good tool,for newer cars mostly...Has many functions ,but its really expensive and has expensive updates too.If i Helped you,use thanks and rep button to thank me back

it does everything its predecessor does
additionally encodes the keys
online
or loss of all keys.
the problem is what the subscription price is

I have the IM508 and the MaxiSys Elite and they both combined do a lot. Im in the USA and I do a lot of diagnostics, programming, and keys. From what I have heard the IM608 does everything the IM508 does with some progamming capablitis of the Elite. Price is up there, but I have called their tech support they may not know all my answers but they are helpful or they try. Im overall happy with my IM508
Like others said really matters on your region and what you are trying to do with it.
