Faulty ESL Audi A6 4F

Hi guys.Working on a 2006 Audi A6 4F.The remote works but it will not turn ignition on or unlock steering.


Got a used one from scrap yard ,transfered immo from 3L40K to new ESL with VVDI Prog.

Went to the car ,aprox the same but now the message "Please take load off the steering" appears on the dash.


Removed esl again ,measured those 3 double-switches,they are ok ,measured the relay ,all contacts are working ,both coils are 180ohms,tested the motor by a bench power supply,it works.


Tried deleting errors ,same.


I m doing somthing wrong?

Solved , swapped the motor gear from "new" esl to old one ,reseted errors and car started.


Just as an opinion ,this forum should be helpful on hard jobs too ,no just immo off on edc15 and edc16 on guys who don t make diference between mcu and eeprom.
