LEXUS IS300 93c56

i have a lexus is300 all keys lost, ive done many is200 but never is300.

Opened ecu to find fairchild 93c56 chip. reading through vvdi rpog i get all 00's.

on orange 5 i cannot find fairchild 93c56 on 93c66 and reading it as st 93c56 i get all 00's again.

can anyone give me any advice where am i going wrong ??

what year is it?

16 bit or 32 bit


IS 300 2001 - 2003 /Standard /32 bit ECU/ Denso /32 bit code /Under hood Left front /Occasional 16 bit

No matter what I do i cant get a read of the file tried all different voltages etc all I get is a full file of 00's I can add the key via tango if I get the right file but the problem is getting a proper read, I'm trying with real orange 5 and vvdi prog both on and off the board nothing

read off the board or replace it with a ready to learn file.

Remove eeprom and read out circuit. Hope you don't corrupt the dump yet.
