I know, that requesting money is against the rules...
But what about your business with Crash, ODO, DPF, etc...?
Maybe you make all this without money? It is normal to pay for someone else job, because that, what you want is not a HELP, it is a JOB...
if you don't like this, just ignore the user, who ask for money, or report to staff...

From mine point of view, help is when someone already started to work on file, tried once, tried twice, and is stuck at some point, so after that comes here and ask for free help or files so he can compare and solve his problem.
As many here work, ask for ready files, usually doesn't even open/compare them, and take money from their customers.
If it's personal car is another story.

BTW, password is already sent, I hope that member will be satisfied
