Mate ... you must power up the dash in the vehicle ... before you put the EEporm back in .... This resets the ECU ...to zero ... Switch of ... remove dash .. then replace eeprom .... Power up in car ... Job done .....

OK....dash out....eeprom out.....programing......dash in car on key.....proc reset to zero....dash out ...eeprom put back in dash....dash put in car job done yes thx .

what programer are you using to reprogram the 28c16

you start contact in car without dash
5 min
and programing your 24c16
and remove the dash
up the 24c16 in dash
up all in the car and start
is good

I preffer the PremierD explanation more, your steps are kind of mixed yea?
