    Default Alfa S40 (Bosch) - Code error, unable to read EEPROM 95640

    Hello all,
    I have Alfa S40 head unit from Alfa Romeo Giulietta which is always displaying CODE ERROR (I guess it's the same Cancheck). I want to read it's EEPROM (ST 95640) and disable it, but unfortunately I'm not able to read it - I only get bunch of FFFF's (see the photo). It's some kind of protection?

    Head unit - Alfa S40 Mp3 Plus Aux+ (815CM0333C5008225) (Bosch)
    Programmer - modified CH341A black edition (+5V)
    Software - AsProgrammer v2.1.0.13

    I have no problems reading ST 95320 with the same programmer and software.

    Maybe someone has a working dump with Cancheck disabled for this radio?
