Are You sure, that MCU is fine?
    UPA read it well.
    Is this from EZS?
    Maybe secured MCU?

If you use UPA, you need to know security bytes.
With ETL is the best way

    Hello

Lift/Cut IRQ, PTA0, and reset pins, solder the wires from the programmer direct to MCU pins
select 68hc908az60 from the device list
Click auto baud button, if this action fail you have connections problem but in some chips
auto baud may not work, in this case you have to set baud rate manual
Set Baud rate manual (correct baud rate your can calculate according device datasheet - monitor section)
if no success increase/decrease baud rate with 10 or more

    Regards

The Rar file shows you it connected ... No need to lift any pins ... Press auto baud .. Then read mate ....And yes there in the help file ...
