Default Mercedes GLK 350 not Starting

    Hi all,
I have a mb glk350 gasoline here. I launch the scan of all module but nothing, no communication. I used to scan this vehicle there was no problem but after a non starting issue on him, all communication with the diag tool goes down. I don't know why.
The diag tool (xtool) is well powered (12v). I already checked all fuses.
Can you help me please ?

*THINK*. Stand at back or car, facing trunk

put your right arm out, open trunk, deep underground on right, control unit, rear sam
see if full of water, if not, find a bucket of water and dunk it into it

the connection is via the front Sam (ZGW in it). if he is not in touch, the fan is constantly running. I think you have problems in the OBD connector or wires or your device

I checked the can bus on the obd connector ~60ohms.
The fan is running everytime the ignition was on. I controlled the ecu and saw that the PCB burnt. But if the ecu is not connected, the fan stop running.
I checked also the cgw but nothing wrong on it PCB.

DME (ecu) had burned on it ? Then yes you must replace. Get Same part number from used vehicle. Many tools out there to program used module.

Yes but without the DME the diag tool is supposed to scan the car. I don't know why there is still no communication.

I had a similar situation. Not quite the same as yours, but still. One time we just had a car stop in the middle of the road. We thought it was the battery, but it wasn't. We had to call a technician. The thing is, I'd recommend you do the same. This was my Volvo SUV . I want to tell you for sure that you can't do without a technician here. I burned out my own battery once, and since then I have never gone under the bonnet of a car without a technician.
