iphone 7 plus carrier unlock

Hello guys i have an iphone 7 plus , i had bought from usa and was t mobile carrier , well now we moved to europe and i am trying to unlock it
but no luck , i have tried a few online options by paid but te refound me and told me was not possible, the phone is not blocked or something..

anyone can give me a help...

and yes i try the tmobile option witch was not easy from europe but they required me to add my old phone number witch does not exist enymore
and log in on my account witch was not possible because of the phone number was not active..so no luck ther either



any other options or should i give up on it
