Problem with reading MC9S12DG128 mask 4L40K via carprog

Hello, I can't read Motorola MC9S12DG128 mask 4L40K. It is from Opel Vectra C BCM module, Alpha code: NF.
I can't find info how to connect it.

I have also BCM module, alpha code CN, but there is MC912DG128ACPV mask 3K91D and i can read it without any problems, i connected it like on photo:

Can somebody tell me how i must connect A10 Cable from Carprog for read 4L40K mask? and what i must select in carprog software (there is no mask 4L40K..)

probably is secured and you need to have some other programer for read that mcu. maybe xprog or something like that.

I have also UPA, there is only MC9S12DG128 to select, no any info about mask but i can not read it too.
Are you sure that xprog can read this Motorola?

you canot read becouse is secured. xprog is good tool for that
