    Default laguna non starter 19dci

    laguna non starter 19dci , checked with a scanner and only glow plugs came up so changed them but till want start ?

    l know they have egr faults but theres no codes at all now and still the same .. anyone have this and its was an egr valve and not showing as a fault

    cheers

    egr show 1.0 all the time even when cracking

    Have you checked the crank sensor,will it fire on a sniff of brake cleaner???

    no its not firing off a sniff ? modus should pick up a crank sensor u would think .. but it is a renault but it does sound like its going to start for a second . guys not telling me something its low on water to

    Hello,if you have a good comunication with your ecu (if you can see rpm,sensor of temperature,ecu note looked etc..)and you dont have a fault code it's not an electronic problem it's a mechanical problem check when you start the car if you have some smoke go out to the exhaust gaz,if you have.. check your compression engin if you don't have.. check your pressure of a high pessure and your return flow of your injector

    A crank sensor does not always give a code.
    How did the car stop,non start in the morning or driving along and broke down??

    has the cam belt been done recently ? if it has i bet i know why it doesnt start

    said he drove back from work monday next morning didnt start . will check crankin rpm in the morning , l wasnt in the car one of my lads was

    check the cam timming m8 the top pully has a habit of spinning on the camshaft and braking the lobe off every non starter ive had thats never started on a bit of squirt has been that

    l'll check most of these tomorrow and ask the mechanic as l wasnt on the job most of the time , l have to sit in the office with a cake and im the boss badge

    oils ok but he told the lads that towed it in he just topped it up with 2 litres , but saying that there's an empty gallon can in the boot ?

    will check the top pulley tomorrow . starting to sound like the cam tightened up and spun the top pully ..
