    Oh don't tell anyone about this BTW, otherwise people will be taking the piss.

    About two weeks before xmas i dreamed was at some horse racing track, swinging from a light pole like a monkey, This bloke comes up and says hello Meat-Head, i'm Sminoff_Rules, with that i dreamed i fell off the pole and woke up. (surpised who it was, more surprised about knowing user name!)

    A few days later was at fat unemployed friends and a rare one off 'time team' was on tv, the guy on there (time team guy), not seen him before or since was the image had in head of what you look like!!

    If somebody can find list of photos of time team staff will try and point the geezer out!

    Using lots of oil? Could be the dreaded cracked inlet manifold gasket. Dont supose the engine is covered in oil? Well more than it should be!!!

    dont think so its just never been serviced m8 looks clean around the engine

    Sounds daft, but is it gettig fuel? I seem to remember there being a fuel cut-off under the bonnet somewhere... has that been hit at all?

    If all else fails, tow it off the property, and burn the bloody thing!

    yea theres fuel my modus is saying something like 200 lb pressure l think he said ..and theres fuel at the injector pipes

    l might have to ship it out l have loads in this week . nice clean services and a few easy clutch;s l could do with out this one

    If it dont go with a sniff, its mechanical.
    If it does, and theres no fault codes, get ready for a big injector bill

    ps cr pressure is more like 200 BAR

    Oh yeah, GET THE RIGHT INJECTORS.
    wrong injectors will not code in and they rattle like fcuk

    Have you tried pulling the injectors and turning it over? There could be some shite fuel blocking all of them - unusual I know, but could happen... would be an easy way to check, a little messy tho.

    Is there a diesel cut off solenoid? If there is, maybe it's buggered?!

    Are the glow plugs actually heating up?!

    Not really that dangerous. Only a small amount of diesel would spill, and with a cold engine, and no source of ignition, it should be fine.

    He asked for ideas as everything else has been tried, I'm just trying to be helpful. I don't pretend to know everything, but I wouldn't say I know nothing.

    its gone to renault today .. to many different storys for me // said he have added 2 litres of oil before we turned up , theres was not water in it and he said he never checked but knew there was antifreeze in it ? said he had to get some oil for it but the gallon cans empty in the boot ? so wheres the gallon gone , said he charged the battery and it started and he used for work friday and saturday , but his mom booked in for a service for monday saying the battery was flat friday ? now he says didnt use for over a week now .

    he owes me for the breakdown lorry and glow plugs so l will let u know wot renault find , but lm sure his knacker the engine or the timing out .. l havnt the time for cars like this ,

    lm better off doing a few services than wasting hours

    as u lot know your on a loser , hours of wasted time and no money in your pocket on some jobs

    so if u have this car sitting there and someone brings a clutch in . wot car are u going to push into the cold ?

    some u win


    have a guy bring in an 05 focus , no windows or mirrors working since the guy left the window open in the rain .. had been to ford and they said its your ecm unit ( wot ever that was ) 250 quid to repair ..

    checked fuses and no power to half the fusebox , so check the fusebox under the bonnet and the one fuse was missing ... naughty ford , seen blown fuse and binned it

    Sound's like a customer of Mead-Head-Motors

    Becareful fobbing stuff off as when customer ring, they tell you ?100 and him ?100, so you loose out, tell them to add 10% to bill and tell him or they don't tell him.

    Would have been worth ~~~~ing off to independtant reno speaclist, charge his for renos hour rate.

    So what you are saying is do not, remove an injector out of the cyclinder head and with still conected place your willy under it whilst engaging the starter.
