Default Eurovox EX7000 HD extremely quiet voulme

On my Eurovox EX7000 HD the sound is extremely quiet on every channel. To hear anything at a normal level, my TV has to go to about 65-75 mark out of 100. With a audio receiver, I have to go to + 10db. Normally for everything else its about -25 db.

Is anyone else experiencing such low volume? Is there any setting I can change to increase the volume?

BTW, I still cannot get any Dolby Digital 5.1 sound out of this box on any channel ever!

Kourosh, indeed. I never thought of it. I must be silly.
The left-right arrows, the volume was on an extremely low setting
I moved it up and now its all fixed and good sound.

Now for the second part.. Is there any show on any channel ever that I can test Dolby Digital 5.1 sound on ?
