Friends i got Akl 2014 Citroen C3 picasso . Costummer lost PCB from key and try cranking many times .Now i can't add the new key With knowning pin.Key lern error 10 ecu locked any sugestions.Thanks

Disconnect battery totally.

And try + and - cables together, is sometimes used to reset. In some vehicles.
But maybe the only option here, is a bench job. Working with the BSI.

there should be no lock time for learning proces in PSA vehicles, even if you enter wrong pin code as far as i know..
so you either have wrong pin code or try using some other tool

Hi Mariusz

The ignition should be left on for 15 mins and then off for 5 mins for the ECU to unlock
Ensure a battery charge pack is fitted.

If the problem remains then try:-
Open the driver’s side window and bonnet.
Switch the ignition off
Leave for 5 mins
Disconnect the battery for an hour
Reconnect the battery
Without opening the door, reach through the open window and turn the side lights on
Wait 2 mins
Switch the ignition on
You may need to reinitialise the auto windows after

Hopefully this should unlock the ECU

This is solutions when Costummer try crank without PCB inside and lock the ecu

PSA ECU locked, virgin and reprogram the key.

SmartPro isn't good on PSA. Last time I tried " wait 10 hours " for pin extraction message !!!

Think Greg Chambers wants people to buy his DiagnosticBox instead - or I'm just cynical

i have to say , diagnostic box is actually quite decent kit , does the job it says and far cheaper than sp.

for psa avdi is spot on especially pin read and is my go to tool on psa , but tdb in fairness isnt bad on them at all

if disconnecting battery then be very careful and make sure you follow the 3 minute rule on psa
