Honda Auto-diagnostics problem?

I recently took my Honda car to an auto-diagnostics and the report was as below:

A/T Permanent DTC (No DTC was found)
A/T Temporary DTC (No DTC was found)


99SRS Permanent DTC BENZ Star C5
99SRS History DTC (No DTC was found)


Honda ABS DTC (No DTC was found)


Description:
HO2S (A/F SENSOR) S1 HEATER MALFUNCTION
HO2S S1 CIRCUIT NO ACTIVITY




Can someone interpret this for me and let me know what the implications are and how to sort it out. What would be the danger of not sorting it out and how complicated is the job?
