Need help with ELMConfig software and drivers for ELM 327

Hi.
Need help with ELMConfig software and drivers for ELM 327.
Have a kind of full chip FTDI - 500k configured.
I used with activeted version of Forscan, fully working, no any problems. But I need a ELMconfig software to do configuration of some control units what Forscan is not doing. I did it with same cable lot of years ago, but this cable do not work with softwares I downloaded from net.
Is there any ideas about drivers or stabile version of ELMconfig. I know this software is doing lot more than original IDS from Ford.
Just can not understand why I can nor connect cable with this software anymore??
