Hy my friend please try if you can to make the immo off on the ecu maybe the car will start then the problem is that you have no signal between the immo and the ecu maybe wiring or bad connection.

my friend please unplug all other units like abs airbag radio and so on to see if the car will start leve only ecu and dashboard connected. I have seen many times on Ford cars that they get inside the dashboard bad connection points or bad connection at the plug . shake the dashboard a littlebit and look if the problem will go. if not open the boned there will be a fuse box or relay box or something like that look there for an big connector play a littlebit with the wires on the connector and try to start car its better when you have someone with you who start the car. if the car starts bend the pins a littlebit and problem solved

Struggled with one of these with P1260...it was very long ago but i recall finding the issue in the rear of vehicle it was faulty wiring at a plug...Sorry was MANY years ago so cant remember exact details...Check the Comm wiring diagram also best advise i can offer with the jag wiring is to best print it and I am sure someone from NASA compiled these wiring diagrams

you can use launch to work on immobilizer. you can do ecu-dash alignment.
Be careful because the line can pass through the climate control unit. if that is missing the car does not start.

Turn on the ignition, the red LED next to the gear lever lights up red. after one minute it starts flashing. counts the flashes. The first slow flashes mark the first digit, while the fast flashes the second digit. For example, 1 slow blink, stop, 3 fast blinks, error number 13. Is it clear?
