    Default berlingo bsi question

a friend of mine sent me his bsi that another garage damaged when cutting into some wires , the bsi was corrupt and had a spare , so we set to virgin , l had pin off his old with i/o terminal so told him to use that as the rest of the car knows that code , he only has one key , he thinks its original not a spare ( copy). his using launch to program too, he has put chassis number in , when he goes to program key its asks for code and he puts in twice and accepts it but when he turns key on it says it didnt see the key ,

should his original key program back ok ? or he needs now new chip ? in live data he said it sees the keys in the ignition

l had the same on citreonc4 the other day owner pulled green reset fuse out while car was running and lost keys , and l could only program another key ? but l only had launch with me

his code was 8vc8 and this was his original eeprom

    this is his message

    of the ignition controlled
    positive not detected
    please start again
