208 no crank aft crash

Pug 208 year 2017 engine Hdi vehicle LHD
had a small front crash driver side

Have to feed battery with external power supply or the vehile enter economy mode in a few minute,
as always with these modern Pug.

Ignition ON, cluster show for a few second speed 0 Km/h and total km and partial km.
Then speed become -- Km/h and total km ------- and partial km -------

Engine does not crank.
Diagnostic give: No communication with: ECU, BSI, RGU, etc...

Found 3 blown fuses but new fuses does not solve, still no communication.

Airbag Control Unit give:
U1802 81 Vehicle speed defect

Airbag and pretention system are intact.

I have to check bottom part of the engine as the engine has zero coolant.

Have you ever had a situation like this?

Start with

1) abs faulty

2) passenger airbag damage bsi

no idea

Has ASR/DSC (dynamic stability control) lamp on. Tommorow I'll push the car on ramp, remove wheel, bottom etc and see what's wrong.
Then I'll inspect control unit connectors and give another scan.

6 broken wires in ABS wiring near ABS unit where the driver crashed the car. ABS unit has no visibile damage. Repaired wiring, engine crank and start, has 31 DTCs, 1 is for a rear wheel sensor, hope it is nor the ABS unit is faulty.
Now got 6 errors after erase.
Engine running good even if no coolant.

Is that why crashed as had no abs?
