Renault Megane 2 DF002 4.DEF

I am having a strange problem regarding the Renault megane ii with DF002 and 4.DEF by clip.... I transferred the whole engine set including the steering lock and uhc to another Scenic 2 and having this error. I thought maybe the steering lock was broken by some reansons so changed to another lock bought from eBay which called virgin one however the engine could be started once then sill have DF002 fault.....Any good idea?

Little information .. Make a full scan of all systems and post it here.

Finally it got started by the original 1.6 ecu and did the steering lock to be virgin which is helped by baltazar3.

I am curious if the MAP could be changed to 2.0 automatically since the ecu s3000 part number and software version the the same with 2.0 ecu.
